Classes - For people wanting supervision,assistance and structured exercise to enrich their quality of life while maintaining and improving their health.

 

Two one-hour classes per week.   

Saturdays Free As Offered.


Optional times also available for one-hour Private Groups

2 SUPER
SHAPE___

Classes - designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to Intermediate exercise program to lose unwanted body fat (up to 3 lbs of weight per week). Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy and stamina levels..

These classes are great fun while educational and intense. Filled with people just like you driven to accomplish their fitness goals while offering a great support system and accountability.

Kids - Ages (Mature Enough) - 12 and up are welcome. 

Designed to build self-confidence and raise self-esteem through exercise geared toward weight loss and body shaping - giving positive reinforcement, teaching teamwork, and building social skills.

Class Size is limited for more personalized instruction.


Two one-hour classes per week.  

Saturdays Free As Offered.

Class Times are:

Tuesday  and Thursday: Presently at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm
