Gym - All Points Personal Training - Super Shape Class

~ Super Shape Classes ~

Designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to Intermediate exercise program for weight loss of up to 3 pounds per week with diet recommendations included. Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy and stamina levels. These classes are great fun while educational and intense. Filled with people just like you driven to accomplish their fitness goals while offering a great support system and accountability. 


Eight 45 minute Sessions Per Month

$250.00 Per Month - ( Commitment of 12 Months )

$300.00 Per Month - ( Commitment of 6 Months )

$350.00 Per Month - ( No Contract - Month-To-Month)


~ Specialized Advanced Group Classes ~

Six people maximum class. For individuals committed and dedicated with an intense desire for change, willing to go the extra mile.  A full on training program to take the body to its limits for change. Through intense training disciplined eating and positive mental focus.


Eight 45 minute Sessions Per Month

  • $400.00 Per Month - ( Commitment of 6 Months )

Educational, progressive, motivational, and versatile training sessions for beginners and advanced to get you where you want to be in the shortest time possible with supervision, support, and constant personal attention covering everything from nutrition to 40 years of training techniques and experience.

  • $500.00 Per Month - ( 6 month minimum commitment )
